Commission Lottery Form

Please fill out the form to be entered in the lottery by October 15th 2025!

Please include the name of the model (including scale), color choice, markings and if you have a reference picture that would be great!

I will respond within 24 hours to confirm your entry and give you a price quote that will apply if you are drawn. You may withdraw your entry until October 15th.

I will start sending emails out to the chosen names within a few days after the deadline. I will NOT be announcing publicly for privacy purposes.

Once you receive your invoive the $100 deposit must be paid within 24 hours or your slot will be redrawn.
